CANADA'S MAINTENANCE EVENT is the must attend conference of the year for maintenance professionals…you don't want to miss it!

In today's dynamic economy, the pace of change is rapidly increasing, competition is becoming more fierce, the pool of skilled labour is diminishing, and the size of profit margins is becoming less certain. In order to weather any storm, organizations must count on internal operations to come out on top. The maintenance department is the critical operating area that drives organizational success. Failure to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of your maintenance strategy will, without a doubt, negatively impact productivity and the overall success of the organization.

CANADA'S MAINTENANCE EVENT has been designed to bring together the foremost leaders and experts in the maintenance field. Through a series of case studies and presentations, this conference will provide you with practical information that you can take back to your plant — and put to work immediately — including:
*What is being done to address the skilled trades shortage in Canada and how you can do more with less
*How to choose the right maintenance strategy to take your operations to a new level of efficiency
*How to use predictive maintenance to achieve superior cost management within the maintenance department
*What CMMS packages are available and which should you choose to enhance the success of your maintenance program?
*How to determine the right combination of performance metrics to best understand maintenance performance and progress
*Everything you need to consider when making the decision between buying new equipment vs. maintaining existing equipment
